Crip Care 

Co-Founder and Co-Organizer | Connecticut | January 2025 - Present 

• Design and facilitate cultural and solidarity-driven community events for Disabled, Neurodivergent, Mad, Deaf, and Chronically Ill individuals. 

• Employ Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) methods to gather data from Disabled community members and organizers regarding barriers to accessing and creating inclusive, accessible spaces to guide popular education initiatives. 

• Design and disseminate educational materials on disability justice, accessibility, and self-advocacy for community members and allied organizations.

• Led community-centered legislative advocacy efforts with staff and program participants, including coordinating a 30-letter campaign to state legislators

• Facilitated advocacy workshops, supporting participants in understanding the legislative process and sharing their stories with their representatives

Connecticut Trans Community Access Network 

Founder and Lead Organizer | Connecticut | March 2024 – August 2024 

• Facilitated inclusive, community-building events such as peer support groups for disabled people, ASL classes, and film screenings, promoting the intersection of trans and disability justice. 

• Ensured event accessibility by incorporating ASL interpretation, accessible venues, and accessible promotional materials to create equitable spaces for all participants. 

• Developed and managed an online community space that enabled mutual aid, peer support, and educational engagement for trans and disabled community members. 

• Cultivated collaborative partnerships with local organizations to expand community impact and support shared advocacy initiatives. 

• Produced educational resources on disability justice, including zines focused on trans and disability issues, which were distributed at events and online.
